Job Description

A property technology company in Sydney is seeking a Unified Communications Engineer to support enterprise voice, meetings and contact centre platforms. This remote role will contribute to dependable technology services, clear documentation and practical operational improvement.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of practical experience in unified communications engineering.
  • Hands-on capability with Microsoft Teams, Voice, SIP.
  • Configure calling services, troubleshoot media quality and manage integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver work within agreed service targets.
  • Commitment to secure practices, peer review and continuous service improvement.
