Job Description

A financial services organisation in Melbourne is seeking a Telecommunications Engineer to support voice, collaboration and carrier connectivity services. This onsite role will contribute to dependable technology services, clear documentation and practical operational improvement.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of practical experience in telecommunications engineering.
  • Hands-on capability with VoIP, SIP, Microsoft Teams Phone.
  • Configure voice platforms, analyse call quality and coordinate carrier changes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver work within agreed service targets.
  • Commitment to secure practices, peer review and continuous service improvement.
