An insurance technology company in Melbourne is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to maintain reliable service management workflows and data. This remote role will contribute to dependable technology services, clear documentation and practical operational improvement.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of practical experience in ServiceNow administration.
  • Hands-on capability with ServiceNow, ITSM, Administration.
  • Manage users, forms, queues, reports and controlled platform changes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver work within agreed service targets.
  • Commitment to secure practices, peer review and continuous service improvement.
