Job Description

A specialist cybersecurity consultancy is looking for a Network Operations Centre Analyst to monitor infrastructure and coordinate response to service disruptions. The position offers a remote arrangement and supports technology services used by teams across Australia.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of practical experience in network operations monitoring.
  • Hands-on capability with Network Monitoring, Incident Management, SNMP.
  • Investigate alerts, follow runbooks and escalate incidents with clear evidence.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver work within agreed service targets.
  • Commitment to secure practices, peer review and continuous service improvement.
