Job Description

A Melbourne software company is seeking a Junior Cloud Support Engineer to assist with deployment support, build issues and platform monitoring.

Required skills:

  • Support developers with basic CI/CD, Git, environment and deployment issues.
  • Monitor build pipelines, application alerts and simple Linux service checks.
  • Document repeatable fixes, handover notes and operational procedures.
  • Escalate production or platform issues with clear evidence and timelines.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes or cloud-hosted applications.
  • Basic scripting in Bash, Python or PowerShell.
  • Interest in automation, reliability and modern software delivery practices.
