Job Description

A logistics and transport organisation in Adelaide is seeking a Hardware Support Engineer to maintain server, storage and workplace hardware assets. This remote role will contribute to dependable technology services, clear documentation and practical operational improvement.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of practical experience in hardware engineering support.
  • Hands-on capability with Hardware Support, Servers, Storage.
  • Diagnose component failures, coordinate replacements and document maintenance activity.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver work within agreed service targets.
  • Commitment to secure practices, peer review and continuous service improvement.
