Job Description

A Sydney business technology team is seeking a Cyber Security Support Analyst to assist with security monitoring, user access checks and endpoint-related incidents.

Required skills:

  • Review basic security alerts and collect evidence for escalation.
  • Assist with MFA, access reviews, endpoint protection and suspicious email reports.
  • Document incidents clearly and follow approved response procedures.
  • Work with IT support teams to remediate simple security configuration issues.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Microsoft Defender, SIEM tools or phishing simulation platforms.
  • Understanding of common cyber risks and secure password practices.
  • Interest in security certifications or SOC analyst progression.
