Job Description

An MSP in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs is looking for an experienced Level 3 Engineer to lead IT projects.

You will have previous MSP experience with some experience in IT project delivery.

What you will be doing: 

  • Investigate complex issues escalated from junior support team.
  • Lead IT projects related to IT migration and deployment projects.
  • Act as Level 3 escalation for complex issues across server, network, cloud, and security stacks
  • Manage network infrastructure.
  • Be a technical resource for junior team members.
  • Be a part of the projects from sales to technical delivery.

Skills required:

  • A full drivers license.
  • VOIP technologies: Teams, 3CX etc.
  • ITIL certified.
  • 5+ years experience in: Windows Server up to version 2022, Office365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Group Policy, Active Directory.
  • Level 3 experience in network firewall devices, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Virtualization technologies, SQL Server.
